From the Catwalk to the Lounge room

I don't think it is a secret that I have a love for everything handbags, in a life before the home decorating obsession I would spend every last penny on these babies (Not so much shoes as I am a size 42, damn the slim european sizing).

I had a little chuckle to myself when Perusing HFOC at few of quilted pieces that I found interesting.

If I spy with my little Eye a few fab quilted Chanel's in the top right of my Wardrobe Post, a Black and a white Caviar and Mr Vintage Lambie.

My little sisters bedroom- Designer wall decoration

Because she listens to her big sisters advice & was directed read my post wardrobe inspiration - wall decoration - my little sister along with some help from mum made a feature wall in her bedroom using her favorite designer shopping bags. I really love this idea as every bag tells a story. 

I remember the big white Chanel (secret) bag bottom right was from her 21st birthday present, Mum & I snuck out of the hotel in Honolulu to go and purchase a pair of sunglasses she had been coveting. We asked for the "secret" bag just in case we ran into her on the street......all I can say is lucky we did!.

 She has a Key/ padlock obsession...

Our house- The handbag and shoe wardrobe

After a successful trip to Ikea last Thursday night (with mum) I ended up spending all day Sunday on the floor with a drill and hammer putting together the billy bookcase to house/ display my pretties.

I feel strange about posting about my closet as it is very personal - I am a bit of a shoe and handbag freak (as most Lady's are) so I suppose there is no shame in posting?.....

I think Fendi vanity's are the best looking handbag ever made!. A little bit about these babies - the white clutch was used on our wedding day & the dusty pink clutch my sister and I both have (I gave one to her as a maid of honour gift- one of the bonuses of only having a MOH- you get to spoil her!).

This is the Ikea bookcase "Billy" (In white). I found it super easy to assemble & it was only $208.
