Pocket full of change {Idea}

A year ago we received a change jar for Christmas, I placed it in the laundry room as I always manage to find my husband’s pockets full of change. Over the year the change jar has survived pilfering for coffee and bus tickets and is now full of coins. We now have over $100 in the change jar! a little surprised by the bonus I am going to buy something for the house.

I have introduced another change jar in our bedroom.

What a great way to give yourself a little unexpected bonus, just like a good old fashioned money box.

Does anybody else do this?

  1. Yes, I do! I have a small crystal bowl in the laundry but it never gets above a few dollars! I use it for children's lunch orders! Amazing how it can add up though! X kl

  2. We have these as well. We use it occasionally for a treat but mostly let it build up. I have to bank one soon actually. Yours is much prettier though! xx
